A new international standardisation project proposed to ISO focuses on issues of nutrition.


Its objectives include:

  • laying down harmonised definitions for this field,
  • establishing a code of good practice for nutritionists and dieticians, and
  • defining requirements for conducting nutrition intervention programmes.
