June - October 2010: Representatives of public authorities in the Western Balkans came to Vienna to attend the hands-on training sessions to become acquaintained with market surveillance and customs as well as with "New Legislative Framework".

September 2010: Within the framework of the 3-year project “Technical Assistance to the Standards and Quality Management Programme”, a Syrian delegation came to the Austrian Standards Institute.

In August 2010, a delegation of Chinese standardisation organisations visited the Austrian Standards Institute for two weeks of training.
